Building Torts and Actions

I started Torts and Actions because almost everything written about mass torts online is trying to sign you as a client. Pages promise compensation, gloss over who actually qualifies, and almost never link the filing they are describing. I wanted the opposite: a site that tells you what a case actually says, who it really covers, where it stands right now, and where to read the record yourself — then gets out of the way so you can talk to an actual attorney if it applies to you.
